Big Brother Naija Season 5 Production Costs 10Million US Dollars - Says Multichoice Nigeria
Multichoice Nigeria has declared that it spent upwards of US$ 10million (3.5 billion Naira) on the production of the Season 5 of the reality show - Big Brother Naija.
John Ugbe, the chief executive of Multichoice Nigeria, said that "BBNaija production gulps N3.5 billion." We won't stop investing in putting smiles on the faces of our customers, even in the toughest times." We are also helping to bring up budding creatives as "former housemates of the show have found their way into Nigeria's ever-evolving creative industry".
The Season 5 of Big Brother Naija, which was dubbed the Lockdown edition premiered on 19th of July 2020 and has since received rave reviews because it has been a big hit and has attracted significant viewership not only in Nigeria but also across the continent.
